Pensacola Beach Chamber Announces Jessica Simpson as VP of Membership Services

The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the hiring of local native Jessica Simpson as its new Vice President of Membership Services.

“Jessica brings with her more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and has worked the past five years as the Director of Membership and Operations for the Greater Pensacola Chamber of Commerce,” said Meg Peltier, president and CEO of the beach chamber. “We’re excited to welcome her to the beach chamber team.”

In other previous roles, Simpson has worked as the executive director of the Health and Hope Clinic of Pensacola, a non-profit organization providing free Gospel-centered healthcare to the uninsured and working poor. Prior to that Simpson worked as executive director of the Pensacola chapter of the American Cancer Society.

Through these roles, Simpson gained skills in fundraising for both large and small corporate events, grant writing, nonprofit management, volunteer recruitment and event planning.

Simpson currently serves as a board member for a local non-profit, Crowned for Ashes.  She also is the owner of a local small business, Let’s Say Grace, offering private dinner parties along the Gulf Coast.

Born in Pensacola and raised in Gulf Breeze, Simpson is a hometown girl and attended the University of West Florida. She now resides in Navarre with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Milly May and Sam.

“I’m excited to be closer to home and continue my Chamber work.  I enjoy all the people and businesses I get to interact with, and I’m thrilled to learn everything I can from Meg.”
