Pensacola Beach Chamber's Art & Wine Festival Moves to Spring; Call for Artists

Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce Announces 15th Annual Art & Wine Festival Moving to Spring

Calling for Artists

Pensacola, Fla. (March 14, 2024) – The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce’s annual Art & Wine Festival will debut this spring for the first time in its 15-year history. The festival is planned for Saturday, May 11, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk.

“Our decision to shift Art & Wine to spring aims to spread the love around and spotlight our local artist community earlier in the year,” said Meg Peltier, president and CEO of the Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce. “Plus, it’s just in time for Mother’s Day! So, bring your mom along to enjoy the art, music, and wine selections or find the perfect gift for her from the variety of artworks available at the festival.”

The Beach Chamber invites art vendors to illuminate this year’s festival with their work. To submit an application, go to pensacolabeachchamber.com/art-wine-festival/. The selection committee is seeking approximately 25-30 artists to sell original works of art. Photos of art items must be submitted with the application, or include directions to a website where the artwork items can be viewed. Deadline for artist vendors applying is April 12, 2024. All entries are $100.00 for a 10 x 10-foot space.

The annual festival brings together dozens of local artists and more than 40 wine selections from distributor Kelley Beach Liquors. Cody Copeland will serenade the crowds from the Quietwater Beach Shell from noon to 4 p.m. The UkeLadies, a ukulele performance group, will also perform throughout the day.

The festival is free to the public, however to participate in the wine tastings festivalgoers must purchase a ticket and receive a wristband. Wine tastings will begin at 1 p.m. and last until 4 p.m. only.

Advanced online ticket sales for the wine tastings are $40 per ticket and can be purchased through Eventbrite through Thursday, May 9. A select number of tickets will be available for purchase for $55 the day of the event.

The Chamber would like to extend a special thank you to Innisfree Hotels for their generous support as the title sponsor of this event.
