SRIA Board Receives Haas Center Economic Impact Study

At the January 29 Santa Rosa Island Authority Meeting, Nicole Gislason, Executive Director of the University of West Florida’s Haas Center, presented an overview of a resident and visitor survey outlining economic impacts and perceptions. The study estimated that 965,400 visitors came to Pensacola Beach during 2024. The survey had 2308 respondents.

The Santa Rosa Island Authority Full Board at their March 27 meeting voted to accept the Board Policy Manual after months of review and updates to individual policies. The 128-page document includes 46 policies.
